Processing Guidance

We support your scale-up with insights into protein–process interactions (thermal treatments, high-pressure homogenization, etc.), helping you manage stability, denaturation, and more, from day one.

Application Support

We offer a portfolio of tested formulations, from protein shots to RTDs and high-protein yogurts, to predict how FermWhey™ behaves in real-world applications. These can be adapted to your specific needs.
